Petersen’s Carpet & Flooring Installation Warranty
Petersen’s Carpet & Flooring takes pride in our installations. We stand behind the work we do and encourage all of our customers to contact us if they ever have a concern about their flooring, whether during the installation process or years after. We take these concerns seriously and promise to address them promptly. If there is ever a need to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer of your flooring, we will assist and be your advocate through the process.

Our Installation Guarantee:
Petersen’s warrants all residential flooring installations for a period of TWO YEARS* from the date of initial installation. Petersen’s installation warranty is non-transferable. Petersen’s is not liable for changes in flooring due to normal wear and tear and/or incidental damage (ie, marks left from dropping canned goods/cutlery, etc) or damage resulting from misuse, abuse or improper care** of the flooring (see product warranty/care information below).
Manufacturer’s Warranties:
If you would like to have a copy of the manufacturer’s warranty and care information for your particular floor, please reach out to us by calling 301-698-4789 or emailing sruckert@petcaf.com.
*Installation guarantee for rental units and commercial applications is ONE YEAR from date of installation. **Most carpet manufacturers require carpets to be cleaned by professional hot water extraction every 18-24 months. Regular vacuuming is also a warranty requirement. See your specific warranty for details.
